XWRAP® is a regenerative, anti-adhesive, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial amnion derived biological used to repair DFUs, VLUs, and Pressure Ulcers. XWRAP® is intended for, but not limited to use for chronic wound repair. XWRAP® is an amnion derived biological that can be used as a soft-tissue wound covering which acts as a natural scaffold for cellular migration, attachment, and proliferation. As an ECM (Extra Cellular Matrix), XWRAP® provides a scaffolding used by the body to drive healing towards native tissue regeneration.
Reassurance Program
We provide an insurance verification request process to conduct eligibility determinations and prior authorization as a value-added service.
Should we or our reimbursement support partners provide information about the coverage of a product that is erroneous, we will issue a replacement product in the event
If ever an appeal with CMS is necessary and denied we will absorb the cost, rather than suing or going to collections.
Good Standing Qualification
Provider/ Practice is billed at 60% which meets the threshold for "Good Standing". Accounts will stay open as long as they are in "Good Standing". For an account to remain in good standing with us, prompt payment is expected. We are unable to ship product to accounts that have a 45 day delinquency with rates exceeding 60%. Standard Net 30 Terms are accepted.
