Practice & Hospital Revenue & Cost Saving Solutions
Patient Engagement Revenue Compliance
Patient engagement/patient health, generating revenue, compliance and provider wellbeing are almost always, in some form, top of list as the four key issues that we talk with hospital C-suite executives weekly.
We help with bringing a comprehensive solution that, from one touch point, addresses each of these needs in a way that doesn’t require additional integration, hiring or incur any upfront costs.
We focus on four primary physician designations: Primary care, internal medicine, family practice and geriatric practice, because all of these compliance requirements are focused on the physician that owns the primary umbrella relationship with the Medicare patient.
Hospitals of all sizes, FQHC's, large clinics ; we help improve margins on critical services (some they may be doing but at 6-10% margins - we increase that to 30%+ up to 70%) We also create much higher patient engagement leading to a CFO comment "we love your program because it helps our patients arrive to the doc office in their car, not the ER in the ambulance"

Around the end of Q1, 2023, the architecture that CMS uses to calculate the RAF score was overhauled, and they made an enormous adjustment to the health care categories and the International Center for Disease coding system. What that meant was that the doctor had to ask questions to assess the patient's diagnoses in a different way.
Many companies have been, in support of hospitals, offering to train their physicians on this new questioning methodology but that approach has two complications:
The doctors don't have time to go to the training.
Training assumes that the doctor is going to be able to perform the process accurately right out of the gate and not make mistakes in their questioning process.
We took a different approach. Using CareLync, a cloud based software platform, integrates the entire question set along with a very sophisticated set of algorithms. So when the doctor asks the first question of the patient in this encounter, then based on that answer, the software will take them appropriately through the medical record of the patient and have the doctor ask the right questions that are relevant to that patient.
The old system asks all the questions whether they're relevant for you or not. Our system takes the existing medical record and then can only ask the relevant questions in the correct order at the correct level of detail to optimize RAF in how it is seen by the system.
At the end of all of that, what comes out is an eight page, eight category summary of the all the diagnoses for that patient that is exactly compliant with the Medicare requirements. It is so much more efficient and more accurate process than just taking the time of the staff to do that.
Since RAF is the largest determining factor in the reimbursement rates for these Medicare Advantage plans, you want us on your side. Find out answers to any questions and learn more by booking an appointment at the links below. The doctors don't have time to go to the training.
How We Help ACO's & Hospitals Who Take on Risk
ACO's or hospitals with large at-risk-Medicare populations, currently ACO's average less than 10% engagement (5% norm), and a lift on RAF scores equal to $200/yr/patient from CMS. We use SaaS pppm software to increase engagement to 25-75% (avg 48%) and raise RAF lift to a $3000/patient/year average.
Ever heard of a "Rate Decrease" OR 4 Year Rate locks? Tailored Cost Saving Insurance for Healthcare
When we think of insurance, it is often more as a necessary evil than as a powerful tool - mainly due to the cost. It is, after all, our second largest expense behind salaries. Add in the fact that the current healthcare model for major medical and ancillary benefits is rather bloated and broken, and you have a recipe for malaise, at best.
Find out why our clients we work with not only get rate decreases (with little to no disruption) and then get locked in for a few years at those lower rates. From there, they can juice up benefits with found money - not only adding back to the bottom line, but giving HR a needed retention and attraction tool.
The hospitals, medical groups and practices we work with range from full systems of tens of thousands of employees, down to single practitioner offices. We work with Associations, groups and more, like ACO's, IPA's, GPO's and others.
Finding out how we can be of assistance is simple and easy - and requires you to simply follow the link below and gain your "unfair advantage" in healthcare insurance. You'll be glad you did.
